Due to the assembled, oversize shipment charges for the Supercloset Grow Rooms and weight (between 60 and 500 pounds) of all components, the Shipping Charges from the Manufacturer range from $175 to $595, industry wide, depending on which Supercloset Hydroponics Grow Room, Cabinet or Tent you are purchasing. Natures Hydroponics does not control the cost of shipping charges.

The shipping packaging has black wrapping around the cabinet. No information, other than your name and mailing address, appear on the outside of the package for completely discreet shipping.

	The 400W and 600W HPS SuperCool Lumatek Lighting Systems, designated for your particular grow cabinet, are dimmable and on a yo-yo system. This will give you full light control and penetration to your plants. The ballast features the exclusive Smart Volt™ feature, which operates on both 120 & 240 volt power. Simply unplug one cord and plug in the other. 8-foot 120 volt power cord included. Purchase 240 volt cord separately (Code No. 903082). This grow light system will save you energy, and uses 5-12% less energy than magnetic H.I.D. grow ballasts (depending on lamp specification). Extremely efficient; with a 99.9% power factor. The soft start feature increases lamp life and reduces lumen depreciation. Lightweight- the 400W weighs 11lbs. and the 600W weighs 14 lbs. The digital ballast can ignite both HPS and MH lamps. A very quiet operation, with rubber feet to reduce noise and vibration. Short circuit protection.
	The Ugrade Package of TechnaFlora Plant Nutrients is a great value. You will receive enough of each plant nutrient to make it through 2 to 4 plants cycles. When you purchase the upgrade with your grow cabinet, additional shipping is NOT charged, saving you that expense when you need to replenish your supply of plant nutrients. 	The 8, 16, or 32-Plant SuperPonics fully automated watering system will grow your Hydroponic plants better and faster than other single watering systems. With both a water pump and air pump included, your plants will be safe and will continue living if either one of them goes out. What should I look for when choosing an all-in-one automated hydroponics grow cabinet?

First narrow down your selection by only dealing with companies that:

1. Make sure the company you buy your hydroponics cabinet from, is ACCREDITED by the Better Business Bureau, and is in good standings. SuperCloset is the only known Hydroponics Cabinet maker that is actually accredited rather than just listed. Also, SuperCloset is the only one with an "A" rating. There is at least one company that is known to have a "F" rating. Be careful! Search for yourself and make sure you partner with an accredited "A" BBB company.
2. Your hydroponics cabinet should come with at least a 2 year warranty on EVERYTHING. SuperCloset comes with a free 3 year on everything with lifetime customer support.
3. Ensure that EVERY system uses PROPERLY and professionally air-cooled lights. Beware of any company that offers ONLY 1000w bulbs in their units. This is another red flag. 600w bulbs sometimes work much better, run MUCH cooler, and use much less energy. Companies often sell only 1000w bulbs in their systems because it sounds good and makes the consumer believe they are getting more than what they pay for.
4. Offer more than just drip or aeroponic watering systems. SuperCloset recommends our special safe drip/bubble/deep water culture feed system known as SuperPonics. Drip or aero type systems must be maintained much more often, cleaned to prevent clogging, and PH and TDS adjustments done just right since roots are hanging directly in the water.
5. Are PROFESSIONAL and sell PROFESSIONAL systems. Make sure they really know what they are doing and selling. How many plants can I grow?

You decide! Although it of course depends on the size of the system, ours are quite versatile. For Flowering plants, we recommend 16 in the Deluxe and 32 in the Trinity.  Everything is explained in our free Grow DVD and easy to follow instruction manual.

What can I expect to produce and yield from a cabinet?

It depends on type of plant and strain. Many companies offer misleading statistics. The bottom line is that SuperCloset guarantees you will grow EASIER, and MORE, with much better QUALITY (no mold or mildew), due to the cabinet being bigger (ours is 24” deep and much taller than most systems as well) and yields an entire 9’ more cubic feet of growing space. By growing with 3x the air flow using the exclusive Internal Circulation fan (an experienced grower will tell you “proper air-flow is everything”), the Exclusive Net Trellis (to support and tie down your plants) and better lights than any other system, you can help produce up to 50% more!

What else are the main differences between the Supercloset and other systems on the market?

In addition to all those previously mentioned, a major difference is in the watering. Most other systems use an NFT or aeroponic combination type set-up, whereas we strongly recommend using our Superponics method. Superponics is defined as a synthesis of hydroponics technology. Superponics fuses several elements of hydroponics into one system, rather than using just one type of hydroponics method. For example, with our SuperClosets, you get top feed, DWC, bubble/aeroponics, so that your plants grow incredibly fast, up to 2X faster than any single hydroponics method. Superponics is also safer to grow with, since you have both an air pump super-oxygenating the water, and a water pump that top feeds (or Ebb n Flows in our Buddha Boxes) as well. This way, not only do your plants grow up to 5X faster than soil Automatically, your plants will also still thrive if either water pump or air pump go out. Without this time tested system, plants start to develop root rot, and overcrowding/tangling of roots. This is why companies only show their system with the beginning stages of root growth. Roots don’t stay white like that long unless you are an experienced pro. With NFT/air type systems there is a much higher risk of electrical outage, ph unbalanced in water, or wrong nutrient mix. Since the roots are literally hanging in the water they can die instantly within hours. They are much more sensitive and time and time again you hear someone say, “Everything was going great until…” With Superponics you will grow thicker, bigger, and stronger plants with fewer risks.

Any other differences?

There are many. In addition to those previously stated, a big factor is the appearance. SuperClosets have detachable automated controls on the back, NOT the front, to retain a sleek appearance for what it was designed for: to fit right into your home or room. The whole point of a high-end cabinet is to be very SAFE, and to leave it looking nice and clean.

How safe is the SuperCloset?

We make it a point to keep your growing experience safe and enjoyable. Everything is automated and we include a GFCI electrical plug, so there is no way for shock or electrical shortages to damage your SuperCloset.

What colors are available?

Black is standard. How easy is it to set up and operate? Very easy! All SuperClosets come pre-assembled and are self automated with timers and pumps. The system is made for complete beginners to get professional results. 90% of our customers are first time growers!

How much electricity does it consume?

Although you will notice a slight increase on your utility bill, the rate is minimal. SuperClosets can be plugged into any standard 110v outlet in your home, apartment, or office. They will pull anywhere from 2-10 amps (depending on the system and lighting options) and will not spike your electricity bill.

How often do I change the water?

You should change the water and nutrients every 5-10 days, depending on the system and how large the plants are. The bigger the plants, the more water they absorb. Keep the reservoir filled with normal tap water, but be sure to pH the water before you add it to the system. You can actually leave your SuperCloset for up to 3 days without doing one thing.

Does it really come with everything, even plant nutrients?

Yes, except for the SuperRooms, which do not come with plant nutrients. Plus hundreds of dollars of accessories that we throw in for free! Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.

What about Co2?

Though it is offered, recommended, and can certainly produce better results, SuperCloset is the only system that does not need Co2. The reason? Again, because most other systems on the market have poor airflow system with no circulation fan, plants stuck in the corners of those systems do not receive any air. If you do decide to purchase Co2 you will be responsible for acquiring the tank. A 5 or 10 gallon tank usually works well, it just depends on how often you want to refill it.

What about sound and odor?

Our new upgraded professional carbon filter (not homemade) muffles the sound from the fan, and takes away all smells. Since our overall airflow is about 3x stronger than other systems, ALL the air is being pushed out of the filter, and is not leaking out elsewhere.

How is the temperature inside the unit?

SuperClosets run very cool due to their air-cooled lighting, strong output fan and internal circulation fan.

How long does it take to harvest?

It depends on what you are growing. All plants are different and even every species vary greatly as well. You will get the absolute fastest, most efficient results, due to our better light spectrum and airflow. Most all plants reach desired results around 2 months.

Is the SuperCloset under warranty?

All components (except the bulb) are under warranty for 3 years.

Can I grow with soil?

What is the Net Trellis for?

This is to tie down and support your plants to get the maximum yield. This is very essential when growing plants over 2 feet tall. Tied down and supported correctly your plants can produce up to 50% more.

What is the Stealth RO 200?

Todays Water Supplies are not what they used to be, especially in Metropolitan areas. High pH Level, Iron Oxide, and Chlorine content have gone up dramatically.
