Credit Card Fraud: We record IP addresses for all transactions and we investigate and prosecute credit card fraud to the fullest extent of United States and International Law. If the billing and shipping addresses do not match, we reserve the right to investigate the parties shown on the order, and to refuse the order if the parties shown on the order cannot be contacted.

If you need an order shipped to a different address than the billing, please either call us at 623-974-0787 to receive approval for the transaction, and fill out the phone number and email address for the party that the order is being shipped to, which should be different that the party ordering the product.

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover on our secure site. We are also PayPal verified and you can choose to pay by e-check or credit card directly through PayPal's secure site. A PayPal account is not required to pay for your purchases through PayPal.

Shipping Locations. We ship discreetly to the 48 contiguous states.

Special Shipments. Shipments to Hawaii and Canada may be possible on some products, and may be accessed an additional shipping charge based on postal code. Please call 623-974-0787 regarding your order for shipment to Hawaii and Canada.

Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. In busy times of year, such as summer or Christmas, a 48-72 hour time frame between your order and shipment will be normal. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.

SuperCloset Products Shipping Time: SuperCloset products are built at the manufacturing plant after an item has been ordered and payment has cleared the bank. Again, production and shipping times vary, but generally the Grow Closets, Grow Rooms and Lockers, Grow Tents and Cloning Machine ship in 6 to 8 weeks after the order has been processed. SuperPonics and SuperBubbler systems generally ship in 2 to 3 weeks. We will be happy to find out the current shipping schedule prior to your order if you need a more exact timeframe.

Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.

Knife Laws. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area.

Medical Marijuana. Although Medical Marijuana may be legal in some states, Federal Law says it is illegal and we do not accept ANY responsibility for anyone's illegal/misuse of our products. We also do not knowingly sell to anyone intending to use our products in the manufacture of marijuana.

Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.


Order Cancellation. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. If the order has not been shipped, there may be a 20% restocking fee if the order is cancelled after placement.

Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the return request (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

Returned items are subject to a 10% to 25% restocking fee, unless the item is defective.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

  • All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
  • Original packaging.
  • Original invoice or receipt.

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
